Operations Support Millstone Engineers have extensively managed project completion activities, and have first hand knowledge of how the facilities should operate. From our knowledge base and extensive technical support any required post start-up modifications can be efficiently addressed. With this knowledge, Operator manuals / procedures can be written or reviewed and training to operators can be administered. The Client’s Operators grow in confidence as they are trained & supported by our completion engineers during the Start-up and initial production phases. Due to the diverse experience of our senior engineers, we have the capability to perform optimisation studies on a cost effective basis. During reservoir depletion, our engineers can assist with reviewing methods to improve plant efficiency. Our team of professional engineers can assist the Clients' Operations group as an example with the following activities:
